Our gated community is tucked away in a natural setting, yet only one mile from Northlake Mall, minutes from I-77 and I-485! We are a short drive from Uptown and the Lake Norman area. She is full joy very nice and always have an uplifting spirit, glad to have her here. Everything is nice here even if I don't take advantage of all of the amenities. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. I would wish for a trash pick up service, so I don't have to see the mess at the gate whenever that dumpster breaks down. In response to COVID-19, office hours and walk-in appointments may be limited.

My family and I have lived her for almost 3 1/2 years. There has been minor issues with maintenance delays, but the staff works really hard to rectify any issues that their residents may have. Being a college student, it has been helpful to utilize the business center and the front office has helped with any fax or scanning needs I may need for school or just in general. It has been a good run living here, thus far. Auston Woods is redefining what a luxury apartment home can be.
